I am very dissatisfied. Every time I call to complain about some minor problems, they say no one is available and they immediately call me to Urgent Care. Is it so difficult for me to see a family doctor? Isn't it stupid?

Awful. Wrong diagnosis, end up in ER weeks later, then the followup-wrote wrong referral for lab that doesn't take co-pay, ended up with more bills. No wonder the office is like a s* hole. Worst that I have seen. Fire safety hazard. Z rating if restaurant. Now, I have to see a specialist. From the looks of the place, wonder why people give 5 stars. really wonder. If there is a negative start selection. I would put the maximum.

I received a Fraxel Dual laser Treatment and the over all experience was amazing!! It didn't even hurt and I had no numbing cream applied even! Added the staff was absolutely wonderful, they were all very kind and knowledgeable. I saw results with the laser just after the one treatment but I know I am going to be coming back frequently to keep it up and to stay Young Looking and my skin glowing.
