I used the Vons app today for a one hour delivery time frame via the Carlsbad, CA store. After the third-party member picked up the order and did not deliver for almost three hours, I requested a refund for the melted ice cream which I received promptly. I certainly did not expect to see this a couple of hours later: a refund for the entire purchase...thank you Vons for going above and beyond with your customer service!

Floral Department Flowers for any occasion Flowers for any budget Flowers of freshness! Maria, the florist in the floral department is one of the best I've ever met. The department manager is an artistic florist and a wonderful consultant for everything from intimate gatherings to extravaganza wedding events. I am so grateful to have her at our neighborhood Vons! Flowers rejuvenate the soul!

My go to grocery store. Always pleased with my shopping here. They have a wide selection of produce, meats, and all sorts of ingredients and other essential food and drink items + the liquor isles are stacked. Customer service is always warm and welcome and they always greet me and wish me a nice day when I leave. Store has always been clean and easy to navigate with their signage. If you become a member (it's free) you can get some pretty decent deals and savings as well. Parking is also close and convenient and free. Accessible options with trolleys/carts and baskets depending on your needs.
