There are so many red flags here. The two that will keep me from ever returning...
First, their refusal to do any sort of exam with me present. The animal is always taken from the room... who knows what's happening and what they are doing to achieve it. (I tried to give them a chance here and requested to be present. They responded by bringing 4 people in, jamming a muzzle on my dog's face, overpowering her, scaring the living shit out of her, then the timid, dog-fearing vet would finally come to her. If you're that scared of dogs, find a new profession, don't traumatize dogs)
Second, they wanted to charge me $1,500 for a spay surgery. The exact same surgery at Washington Blvd Animal Hospital costs $500. Go figure.
I hate to think that *anyone* is foolish enough to pay such an insane fee for a spay surgery. For a dog, not an elephant.

Love they had same day appointments. Very patient. Doctor was very honest and not money hunger like other places. Will be returning.

Friendly, privately owned, courteous & attentive staff. Compassionate vet staff. Kind to people & pets, not brusk or overly focused on doing their own task/workday stuff rather than beingbwith you and/or pet. Will work with you financially to help your pet. Decent parking, keeps appt times, allows walk-ins, will transfer previous vet records to them.
One thing that is defficient is not having some kind of on-site pickup pharmacy for standard meds, particularly flea/tick pills & the like. They will provide pills, ointments, etc. for surgical procedures, obviously. But for other things, waiting & submitting subscriptions is tedious.

Doctor Robby truly is the best. We have been bringing our dog here for 10 years and yesterday we had to put him to sleep and Doctor was so compassionate and caring with us explaining how the process goes. We truly felt so good to have brought him here with Doctor Robby and his staff. Highly recommend him. Fees are very reasonable too. Thank you again Doctor and staff for making this experience less difficult for us.
