I never give perfect score but Janet is very good at her job and very friendly and nice.. I love how she does my lashes.

Zero Stars - Unprofessional & Unsafe Experience Very disappointed with the way I was treated. I arrived on time for my appointment Janet arrived late and did not notify me. I was left waiting with no communication. When I walked in, I was not greeted or acknowledged. Monica had an attitude from the start, which immediately made the environment uncomfortable. , JANET arrived late and was extremely unsanitary. She did not wash her hands before starting. When I asked her to wash them, she became upset and only used hand sanitizer. She was constantly coughing and still did not properly wash her hands between touching her face and working on me. She also had her phone in the clean work area, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, she did not finish the service at all. She left me with one eye completely undone, even though I told them I had an important event to attend. She showed no concern or urgency and did not bother to ask another tech for help. I was left to remove the tape from my own eye and clean up myself. To this day, no owner or manager has contacted me. There has been no apology, no follow-up, and no accountability. Based on my experience, management does not seem to care about customer safety or concerns, and this employee Janet should not be working on clients she's dirty and lazy. This experience was unprofessional, careless, and unsafe. I will never return and will be reporting this to the state board. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT come here! I purchased a groupon voucher for laser hair removal for small area. On the description, it clearly stated "Ideal for facial areas and underarm". After I checked in, the worker asked me which area I was gonna get done and after I told her underarms, she told me very rudely that they don't consider underarms as small area. I showed her the description, she took a picture of it, sent it to the manager, and called him. After she hung up, she just told me they can't do it, with no explanation. She told me to call the manager myself. I called the manager and he told me to get something else done or leave. SO RUDE. I asked him if he saw the picture and he said the groupon screwed it up. MAKES NO SENSE. Even if groupon did input the info, aren't they supposed to check it first then upload it? He also told me to read the fine print where it said underarms is medium area. But nope, it is nowhere in the description. SO RUDE. He told me to give him some time to find it and will send a picture of it. 2 days have past and no update. OF COURSE I go back to the site to find an updated description. Thank God I screenshoted the prior description. These people did not apologize once and hung up on me. I understand people make mistakes but PLEASE own up to your mistake and apologize.
