Zero star .Iam Very disappointed with my last 8 times visit .spend $125+20(tip) =145 only last 10day falling off not worth anymore never had any issues before . Unprofessional technician rush to go home . I-make a call appointment by phone schedule 5:30 pm . She is very rush to finished my lash just took 30 minutes only.6:00pm is done .very disappointed waste of my money .will go to some where else

I normally go to another place but I have an event on Sunday and I messed up the lashes to my right (rubbed too much!). I called around and most places didn't pick up at around 6:30PM last night so I was giddy when I found this place had an online appointment system. I chose their Hacienda location and confirmed for a 1:30 appt with Vicky for today. From what I was told, this location will be closed soon but they have a West Covina, Brea, and San Gabriel location! Vicky was super kind and took her time explaining to me the combination of lashes I was trying to achieve as well as what glue she would use. I didn't drive so I asked how long the application should take and she said 45min-1 hour. At first I thought it'd be an hour cause the place I went to last time took 2 hours but she finished in 45 min! And it is beautiful work! I did the 2D hybrid with wispy and I believe for first timers, there was an initial discount applied and they also do stamp cards (: Highly recommend this place!

I have been coming here for years to get my eyelashes refilled every 2-3 weeks. The technicians always do a great job! Vicky is my go-to person as she is fast, efficient, and pays extra attention to detail. My eyelashes last long even after working out 3-4 days a week. I recommend getting your eyelashes done here.

Shout out to the best lash tech at the West Covina location!!! Her name is Elena and she is awesome been coming to this lash business since last year and I absolutely love it and Elena is normally the only one I go to but I have tried other techs when she has no appointment time available so there is Olivia she is pretty good to! I rarely leave reviews especially bad ones but this is the worst customer service I encountered. From the very start I already didn't like how she talked to me and how she explains or answers my inquiries. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt. After putting my lashes , her attitude was still the same. I hope she improves or change her way of talking and dealing with customers. I'm also in the service business and that is not how handle my clients. Very disappointing.

Great experience and plan to keep going back to maintain my lashes! Went to Hawaii and got in the water all week, my lashes stayed full and loved them!
