“This is a small family business and the owners are very sweet and professional.I was looking for a local dry cleaning place to have my clothes dry cleaned and stumbled upon this gem. They're very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They're always on time when your clothes are ready.They also provide alterations and tailoring. I inquired about tailoring one of my pajama pants (she called them sentimental pajamas because she told me it would cost more to tailor it then just buying a new one, but I told her my wife got it for me and it has sentimental value to me lol). She respected my decision and she ended up tailoring the way I want it and I was very happy and grateful with her work and the results!They're very honest with you and will not upsell their services. They will only tell you what's needed to be done to your clothes (i.e. your fitting, hemming, etc.). I also brought my ripped sweatpants here and she was able to fix it!Overall, the services are outstanding! I would definitely recommend this place!“

“Found this hole in the wall via Yelp a few years ago and so happy I decided to give them a try. Always friendly, prompt and professional service at a reasonable cost. Unfortunately Covid has taken its toll and seems like they will have to close or relocate before the end of July. Hoping they can keep things going, but understand they are losing money every month because the business they do have isn't enough to cover rent. “Pre-2020 I used another dry cleaners. Post pandemic they went out of business. Let's be real now I don't use clothes that require dry cleaners as much. However, with the holidays I needed an item cleaned. I am so glad I found Rosa!! She's reasonable and does a great job. I even had a zipper repaired.I will suggest to her that she be reliable on hours of operation based on what's on Yelp. I looked it up and said 2pm.Happen to call and she said she was closing at 1pm. That would have been disappointing. She's sweet and may just need to be aware.“

“When we moved to the neighborhood 19 years ago, we tried dry cleaners along the Huntington Drive corridor. We started with the then coupons and cheapest, only for multiple items (on first visits) to get lost or damaged and/or returned with an unpleasant odor. We finally turned to Windsor. Since they do all cleaning/laundering in-house, less chance of loss was our hope. And, they've never lost (nor misplaced) one of our pieces - from shirts, blouses, dresses/gowns, skirts, pants to table linens, bedding and rugs. They've also done emergency alterations for us. [Once shirts were (we thought) losing cuff buttons due to the cleaning process, but it was US smashing sleeves in the old closet door!] Windsor has been consistently reliable, timely, and kind in our experiences and interactions.“
