I wish I could give this family business more than 5 stars. took my wedding dress to Star Cleaners for alterations a few days before my wedding day. They were able to help me fix the sides and the hem area and had it done very quickly. After my wedding, I took it back for dry clean and preservation. I was afraid that they weren't going to be able to remove the stains. I expressed to them my concerns and were so kind to show me the dress before putting it n the preservation box. I recently bought a trench coat at a thrift store and it needed to be dry cleaned. There are many dry cleaners within a 5-10 mile radius of my home and work, however, all with horrible ratings. I did NOT want to risk getting my coat damaged or lost (by the way, how can you lose someone's piece of clothing...?). This cleaners is the first business I found with 5 stars! I took my coat in on Tuesday (10 min before closing) and the staff stated it will be ready on Thursday, yes you read that correctly, THURSDAY! I was shocked and it only cost me less than $10 for my coat to be cleaned. I also inquired about Jean hemming and it's $7. I highly recommend coming here.

I am always last minute at planning things and about 4 days before my daughters quinceañera photoshoot, I called many dry cleaners to see if they were available to steam her beautiful large dress. Many said no, or they don't have an in house steamer and sends to another facility so my timeline was not tangible. I called Star Cleaners and without hesitation Sergio advised that he was able to get me the dress steam and pressed within 72 hours -- i immediately took the dress over and they said it wouldn't be an issue. My biggest concern is that the dress could be ponte toalla damaged or stained while in someone else's possession but I had to put my trust in their hands!...read full review
