I called in advance to make an appointment which turned out to be pointless. When I got to the salon there were two people waiting, so I asked her how long the wait is, she got angry and said I’m pressuring her. Unbelievable. The owner’s got major attitude issues.

Have been coming here for over 20yrs. Same owner who always does a good job cutting my hair at a very reasonable price. She has a big clientele, and doesn't appear to need more business, but I still want to give them a shout out.

My family did not make an appointment this time Waited nearly 30 minutes for 3 people He was finally the next one Then a familiar guest came who made an appointment Talk about being in a hurry As soon as he walked in, the landlady cut him off. I can never make an appointment on time. We will wait obediently and will not ask for help. The boss lady has no order standards at all Noisy and sweet to eat What a bad experience

The price is increasing but the service attitude is getting worse. If you make an appointment, you probably have to wait for 30 minutes. However, if you walk in next time, you probably have to wait for the one who made an appointment. Their appointments- making regulation is really chaotic and ridiculous. Won't come here again. Many places around there are a lot better than it.

Called in an appointment at 10, went in at 10, my family wasn't able to get our hair cut immediately. That's ok we can be patient and wait for the next chair to be free. 46 minutes and 2 customers later a new customer goes on the chair and we are still waiting. Ask if she is going to keep taking customers walk-ins or not instead of our 10 am appointment. She said "just don't make an appointment next time, just walk-in" Came here a couple times before but this marks the most disappointing experience I've had setting aside from others
