The dentist is friendly and she makes you feel comfortable there. The only issue I have is when you advertise a service on your page on your website you need to back it up and do that Service. I needed to do an extraction and she wants me to go to an oral surgeon. Instead. I was hoping to get it done there because my insurance only covers me at a regular dentist and not an oral surgeon. Oh well I'll still be going to her because I do like her at least I know what to expect.

Dr. Ko was very kind and very patient. Educated and answered all my concerns. I did a preventative teeth cleaning. Bring your ID and insurance card. I didn't feel pressured into getting cavities fixed right away. She let me know which tooth is affected and what can get it worse. She educated me on prevention. The office staff correctly looked at insurance and how much is covered and what's not covered. I verified everything they charged was correct. All the staff including the hygienist was very nice. The hygienist was very thorough and was very gentle. Located inside PIH building. Plenty of parking but parking is very small when backing out of your car.

I have been coming to Dr. Nichols for many years and he and his staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and my appointments are on time. Even though, we have had to address many dental problems, Dr. Nichols is always professional and given me fabulous dental care.
