Where do we start with Akram? Overall, he's such a great guy! He is very knowledgeable, thorough and detail oriented. He's a perfectionist, which is a good thing for us but not for him. He made several extra trips to the house to get the project right. But we knew with any type of construction, there should be a few weeks of extra allotted time, so that ultimately wasn't a problem. We had a full kitchen remodel. We even relocated it to another space and Akram had no problem going underground and getting dirty. Akram was always on time and worked well with us for any changes. His pricing was fair and he even did a handful of things for us at no extra charge. Most of the work was done on his own. The project could've been done sooner but being the perfectionist he is, he wanted to do it himself to make sure it was done the right way. Akram is the Jack-of-all trades and can fix anything and everything. We would definitely recommend him and use his services again in the future!

Akram installed a Patio Gate in my Town House. I'm very satisfied with the way the Patio Gate looks and works. After the first round of cement, Akram found that the soil in the patio entrance floor was too soft. He went and got two additional bags of cement. Now the gate now feels very stable and secure. I think the gate is of a higher quality then similar gates in my complex. I would recommend Akram for any similar job.
