Instead, the facility features a Japanese garden, fountains, and starts guests off with an enzyme tea beverage and the unparalleled experience of a cedar enzyme bath, in which guests are immersed in a tub of cedar shavings, rice bran, and enzymes. The cedar enzyme bath is warm (to hot) & dry -- no mud bath mess -- and invigorating. Your heart rate elevates, toxins leach through the skin, the cedar scent clears sinuses and offers relaxation. Heat can be adjusted by bath attendant, and several times during your 30-minute treatment you'll be checked on, and offered water or cold towels while you bake and exfoliate. Enjoy the warmth, and the baby butt-like quality of your skin when done. Stressed out, tired, treated myself to a lymphatic massage with cedar bath package. I have some experience with dry brushing, but there's nothing like a professional treatment with instruction how to achieve these results at home. Lymphatic massage guests leave with a dry brush to use at home and a sample of essential oils. Sublime. Can't wait to go again and spend more time in the gardens.“
