The owner and staff are noted for being super helpful and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere for guests. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and a brand new hot tub on a private deck. The grounds include large lawn areas, BBQ and picnic tables, and a large pool, offering many spots to relax. Nearby, there are restaurants and shops with limited hours, but the inn serves as a great base for exploring the area's hiking, fishing, and bars. Guests appreciate the convenient location within walking distance to Main Street and the Russian River, often describing the stay as quaint and charming, with fabulous views and a peaceful environment. The staff is recognized for their kindness, and the rooms come with good water pressure and a refreshingly cold refrigerator. Overall, the inn offers a lovely, relaxing experience close to town attractions, making it the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.
Centrally located and within walking distance of downtown and other spaces. The service was wonderful, quick, and helpful.
The rooms are quite large. The showers don’t have any shelving, which can be inaccessible, and the ramps are a bit tiny. I loved our suite although the walls are very very thin. You can hear anyone outside or next door.
We had such a lovely stay at the West Sonoma Inn & Spa. Our separate two-bedroom accommodation was spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved having our own outdoor area along with a separate living space — it made the whole experience feel peaceful and luxurious.
The pool area was beautiful and such a great place to unwind. A special thank you to Naveed, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made such a difference and really elevated the experience for us.
Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
