Plumbers were prompt in response and efficient at finding and repairing a leak and a hot water heater. The guys were easy to work with and even cleaned up after themselves, thank you!

We chose Tom's Plumbing for several deferred plumbing projects based on the positive reviews that with the job done, we can add to. Kitchen sink faucet, shower valve, and two toilet fill valves in our home were all expertly serviced. However, each one presented challenges given the age (over twenty years of use) and corrosion present. Despite this, our plumber, Martin, found ways to remove the old locked-on fixtures efficiently and effectively. In one case, he crafted an improvised tool and returned to remove the outdated fixture, thus keeping the scope of the repair to a minimum.

I've worked with Tom's Plumbing on a number of plumbing projects and challenges over the years. They've ALWAYS been extremely responsive and helpful.
Recently we had a sewer backup emergency that required immediate help. Within 45-minutes from the time I called, there were two people from Tom's Plumbing working very hard to solve the problem. It was a complicated issue that required getting under the house in an incredibly awkward space with little room. These two were determined and kept on it until the problem was resolved.
