Places like petsmart are not 1on1 like Puppy Cuts Too is. Big corporation salons are stressful on the dog, and the groomer too. Especially if you come in late, they have to rush in order not to back up their whole day. I’ve had it happen before with my dog having to stay longer because they couldn’t say no to the previous dog who came in late. I learned the hard way. Plus they’re one of the only places that take cats A++++“
