They do speak Mandarin, so just whip out your phone and translate, it's an easy fix. Yes, the massage is very..personal. yes, the towels are...small. but I was able to talk with the workers, and they are so so nice and heartwarming. The workers I talked with were very knowledgeable on Chinese medicinal methods. I have a lot of pain issues. And two days after my massage my muscles finally relaxed.
