Greetings: I have know Dr. Terri Hand and his wife Lisa since 1995. He was recommended to me by my boss, an Top Cornell University surgical ophthalmologist and the smartest man I know. I used Dr Hand and his extraordinary wife Lisa's services on multiple occasions over the years including this past week. I do not take lightly recommending someone for I know it is a reflection on myself and my standards. Hands-down, their office ( with a state of the art in- house surgery center ) offers the highest service available. Many other offices require you to have your procedure performed in a nearby hospital which means more paperwork, time etc. Now, there a many other excellent board-certified plastic surgeons in the county, but with Dr. Hand and Lisa you will be afforded an experience that goes above and beyond what one would expect. They are thorough and conscientious and offer follow up care, maintenance and attention to all details. What's more going into their office is like seeing a great friend in that you are immediately put at ease, made to feel comfortable and you know you have made the right decision choosing them amid the myriad of offerings in Marin County. I couldn't imagine a choosing a better office when you make the decision to treat yourself to a procedure. I returned to see Dr. Hand and his wife Lisa and was reminded of why I choose to frequent his office over the multitude of others .. when you enter and are greeted by their amazing office manager Emily you realize you are in an office that does it right, they care and you can tell. Dr. hand has decades of experience, I trust him, he does amazing work in tandem with Lisa and you don't feel like you have to look like a supermodel donning Lululemon attire to enter. Many other offices upon entering you feels the snobby elitism and attitude within seconds, what's more you are not bombarded with pressure to purchase a bunch of products or services. You are simply getting the highest quality of care with a staff that does a phenomenal job.
