“Susan Hewitt and C.J. Nakagawa were very efficient, communicative and thorough in the sale of 115 Rock Hill Dr. in Tiburon. There were some difficulties (the first sale fell through) but they rebounded to the second offer and made it happen, getting the best possible price for the property. I recommend them highly.”
“We recently worked with Robert to purchase our home in Lafayette, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience.
We actually started our home search in Marin and even put in an offer there. When we ultimately decided to pivot our search to the East Bay, one thing was never in question: we wanted to keep working with Robert.
Throughout the process, Robert was incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it came to older homes. He helped us understand which issues were minor, which were worth paying attention to, and what improvements would be relatively straightforward to tackle. He also connected us with a fantastic network of contractors and tradespeople, which has been invaluable as we've started making updates to our new home.
Most importantly, Robert was incredibly generous with his time. He was always available to answer questions, and trust me—we had a lot of them. He never made us feel rushed and consistently helped us feel informed and confident throughout the process.
We couldn't recommend Robert more highly and are so grateful for his guidance in helping us find our home.”
“Wow what can I say, I needed so much hand holding as a first time buyer. Sharron was everything we could ask for and much more. She is so compassionate and capable that I sometimes feel like I am talking to a trusted friend and a social worker. She is so prompt at taking calls or getting back to me. She thinks three steps ahead and wastes no time. She heard our needs loud and clear and doesn’t recommend something vague that won’t work.At one stage we thought we will have to rent as our landlord needed to sell, so we only had a month to move out. Sharron even helped us to look into rentals.I could not recommend Sharron highly enough. She is a capable realtor with a heart of gold!”
