We contracted with Amadeo Arnal who said he was based in Greenbrae to sell our condo property in Novato. He did a good job except that he said he would stage the property, and he didn't, but after much insistence on our part, he did give us a credit at close of escrow for half of the staging costs. Our upset was that he charged us for items he did at close of escrow without informing us that he was doing so. He did give us receipts, but there was a $500 charge for repair work done to re-size the countertop for the oven he purchased. Wow what can I say, I needed so much hand holding as a first time buyer. Sharron was everything and much more. She is so compassionate and capable that I sometimes feel like I am talking to a trusted friend and a social worker.
She is so prompt at taking calls or getting back to me. She thinks three steps ahead and wastes no time. She heard our needs loud and clear and doesn’t recommend something vague that won’t work.
At one stage we thought we will have to rent as our landlord needed to sell, so we only had a month to move out. Sharron even helped us to look into rentals.

Wes was exceptional - 5 stars for sure! He was quick to answer our phone calls and got us an amazing deal. He is professional and very knowledgeable in his field. I was impressed with his negotiating skills, and look forward to working with him again. He was able to get us a credit as well as inform me of grants available. I have worked with many relators before and he is by far my favorite ;)
