While it is convenient to get my allergy shots here, and the front office staff are generally friendly and efficient in doing that, that is more than outweighed by their terrible back office staff. I regularly spend hours trying to correct their simple billing errors and they do nothing to correct them.

Dr Tam is a perfectly fine doctor, but the medical office staff are intolerably slow, inefficient, and even rude. I had to fire him and get a different doctor because they were so consistently hard to deal with.

We went here twice for my son's allergies. The second time we had him tested for food allergies. Dr. Strub was decidedly unhelpful. When we had questions about what the causes of his allergies may be, she simply responded with comments like, "Look at the sheet I gave you at the last visit." The kicker was when she suggested we limit his milk intake, which she mentioned we had talked about during his first visit. I said that the nurse said they tested for it during this visit and it was negative. I asked if it would help anything. She chuckled and said, "No, but do it if it makes you feel better." I'm appalled at this flippancy and lack of professionalism, and knowledge on Dr. Strub's part. It's as if she wasn't even trying to be helpful. We certainly won't be going back.
