So I read all the reviews first and decided to give it a try because how can a small fraction of individuals have had such a bad experience over the large majority? Sadly I understand some tend to be self entitled or want something for nothing, or maybe it really was a shame on you attitude that the owner or worker had, not my place to judge. But I can say that I had a very good experience, my dog who is often anxious when I leave her, was still a little anxious but I stayed, and the patient demeanor and gentle voice of the groomer was more important to me than the cost of waiting time. The people who work here are amazing. We just stopped in for a nail trim but we have an appointment for grooming in a few weeks. Our pups always come home looking so clean and cute. I really can't say enough good things about Your Pets.

I am probably like most pet parents. We want the best we can for our much loved animals. Well, here you go. I have taken my cat to two other groomers in the area of this one. None of them, NONE, come close, not a little close to this establishment.These people are professionals! I bring my cat here (three times now) for her lion cut and bath. I would travel further if I had to, but I don't. Take it from me, because it only the best for my cats, and this is the place to go.....Pete
