Went in for my Chihuahua, Bonito to get nails trimmed. I assumed I would leave him to get tortured and return. Instead they popped on a table had me just hold his head gently and trimmed his nails in about 5 minutes. He was happy and no torture. Kind friendly family oriented business for our extended fur babies.

I brought my golden retriever (who was full of burs because she loves to roll) here for the first time today and am so very happy with my entire experience. I received a prompt text back and got an appointment within a week. Kelly was friendly and discussed with me exactly what I wanted for my pup. When I arrived to pick her up she looked so beautiful, and so clean! Her burs and dread locks that had formed were all gone, and her hair was trimmed up exactly how I wanted it. Thank you so much!

So I read all the reviews first and decided to give it a try because how can a small fraction of individuals have had such a bad experience over the large majority? Sadly I understand some tend to be self entitled or want something for nothing, or maybe it really was a shame on you attitude that the owner or worker had, not my place to judge. But I can say that I had a very good experience, my dog who is often anxious when I leave her, was still a little anxious but I stayed, and the patient demeanor and gentle voice of the groomer was more important to me than the cost of waiting time.
