My wife and I just an absolutely amazing experience here. It was called a Couples Sound Healing Journey, and featured a sound bath. If you're like me, you've never heard of a sound bath, but don't let that keep you away. It was transformative.We entered a marvelous spot, a kind of yurt or large round tent, with windows at the top and a big comfortable bed in the middle. All around the walls and floor were beautiful crystals, glass bells, brass singing bowls, rainmakers, a big gong, and lots of pillows and blankets. Laurie Jo weaves magic into her guided Yoga Nidra sessions. Intricately creating a script that coincides with the seasons, stage of the moon and the earths energy.The space is inviting with plenty of blankets, pillows and an alter designed to coincide with the theme. Sacred Tuesdays have become my favorite.All the events I’ve attended at Sacred Spa have been exceptional with much thought going to every detail. I highly recommend attending any of her offerings.
