Josh -- great guy! He quickly figured out the problem (no power to our electric water heater) was one of our three Generac SMM boards and replaced it and upgraded the other two on warranty. Then he fixed an old problematic circuit for us.

Precision Electric keeps my generator is good shape with yearly maintenance. If I have an issue with the generator in between yearly service calls, they respond quickly and answer any questions I have. They are very dependable!
We purchased a Generac Generator from them in 2021, they installed it, and they upgraded our electrical panel. Every year since our purchase they have come out to do the maintenance on our generator. Precision Electric is a very professional company. They are always prompt and let you know when they are on their way. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs.
