“I wanted to take a moment to say something about Great Vibes cleaning service. In the past it seems too many people only want to complain about the service industry, be it justified or not. There are not enough people giving positive and fair feedback.
When I first called Great Vibes and spoke to Cara explaining what we were looking for, she let me know that they were currently pretty booked out, but they would put me on the call back list and as some time slots opened up, check in to see if I was still interested. To me this was actually a good sign, they have a thriving business with committed employees and a strong customer base. Upon researching the company I found that they pay the employees a fair living wage. That is important to me. A couple weeks later, I confirmed I was still interested and Cara made an appointment to come out. She did a walkthrough through our home, took some detailed notes, and then asked quite a few questions to see what we were focused on. I loved it because then both parties knew what to expect and we got a feeling about the company and Great Vibes about us. After we confirmed frequency and all the details of what and what was not included Cara gave us their pricing.
Our first initial deep cleaning was in December 2024. They had a crew of 3 people come out and worked for about 4 hours doing a wonderful job.
We have been with Great Vibes since then and I am thoroughly impressed with every “Cleaning Artisan” we’ve had here. Now we’re lucky to have a regular Artisan, Jessica, each month. Jessica’s professionalism, attention to detail and overall disposition has been fantastic. She takes it upon herself to notice and do extra things if her scheduled time allows. We have no problem asking Jessica anything cleaning related and she is always happy to help. We always look forward to her coming each month. Both my wife and I can truly tell the house is “sparkly” clean when the job is completed. For my wife and me, Great Vibes is a great help and time saver.“
