“Michael was awesome. I live in Folsom and I called on a Friday afternoon needing carpet clean ASAP. He answered promptly, and he was scheduled me for the next morning at 7am on a Saturday. The next morning I called him around 8:17am I called him to apologize because I had over slept and would be right there and at that moment I realized I had booked a carpet cleaning for Folsom, “LOUISIANA” and he was located in Folsom, “CALIFORNIA”. And my 8:17am was 6:17am to him. Boy did I feel stupid!! But Michael was very sweet about it and I still tipped him for his trouble. For anyone in The Tahoe CALIFORNIA area, this is the guy!! And if you are in Folsom, LOUISIANA, I got a guy for you!! Hahaha!!“
