We were in contract on a home and were led to believe a pest inspection had already been done, which was not accurate. We had to rush to get it completed, and Gold Country Termite rearranged their schedule to accommodate us. They were easy to work with, communicative, pricing was reasonable, and they did a full inspection of the property, including the crawlspace. All of the negative reviews gave me pause, but most of them are very old, and we had a good experience. We recommend them.

I don't get these bad reviews at all. I have used Gold Country for years (18) to be exact and on several properties and LOVE them. Richard is very good at what he does and has saved my butt more than once. Most realtors and loan agents refer them too BTW.
