Look elsewhere, these folks are only interested in finding reasons to drag things out and increase fees. Have nothing positive to share about the experience other than the fact that they made it easy to pay them (shocker).

Used them to get get a quote. They added extra charges and made up charges. They lost the original report. The worst company ever. The woman front desk is extremely rude. How can you be in business for 10 years and have a 1 star rating. I will report you to the pest buerrae to get your liscence reviked

If they find a problem, which they always will, your choices are to pay them an exorbitant amount to repair it, or pay them to watch someone else to repair it to clear the inspection. Avoid at all costs.
