I like this gym because it is an incredibly relaxing environment. It's not too big, it doesn't get overly crowded, and they don't blast music at full volume. It has most of the equipment you would need, though I wish they had more selectorized machines. They have quite a few but I'd love to see one for compound row, bench press, chest press etc. It's nice that they have a squat rack and a smith machine at least. The bar on their smith stops a bit too short so you have to deadlift while standing on the bench which is a drawback. Great little neighborhood healthclub with spa services. I like yoga with Joy and see Abi for facials. They also offer virtual class attendace which appears popular as last class had mix of equal parts in-person and virtual attendees. They also offer massage, accupuncture and personalized fitness training. I have not used the equipment, but it has a good selection of weights along with bikes and treadmills. Membership is quite affordable. Facility is kept clean and well maintained.
Love this small and mighty gym. Super friendly and helpful staff. New clean equipment and great spa with excellent massage therapists. Nice class selection... though I prefer classes at 6:00 am verses 8:30 am.
