Hey, I just wanted to thank you guys again for the quality work you did on my Whites Boots. They couldn't have come out any better. I seriously don't think they even felt this comfortable when they were brand new. The soles are twice as good and feel two times better than they did when I dropped them off. Really amazing job. Jacob is top-notch professional. I approached him one day with an unorthodox request: add a zipper with heavy-duty stitching to my motorcycle jacket and pants in order to secure them together in case of a fall if one of the insane car drivers on autopilot who act like I'm invisible tries to take me out. I feel safer because of his efforts.
