Brian (the owner) is very knowledgeable about carpets and carpet care. Our carpet is over 5 years old and it looks like new. The team takes their time and does a fantastic job. Their prices are very fair.

This review is long overdue but Carpet Pro is awesome. Very fair pricing. We had our carpets and air ducts cleaned. Scott did a great job and did not recommend any unnecessary work—super honest which is so hard to find nowadays. Recommended to our friends in Colfax and they were super happy as well. Will be giving a call when are ducts are filled with lizards again, you all rock!

Scott was fantastic cleaning our dryer vent. He went above and beyond helping to clean behind the washing machine and got the installation of the closet door perfect. His attention to detail was superb and we appreciated his cleanliness, friendliness, smile …a super nice guy. Would highly recommend Scott at Carpet Pro here in Grass Valley, California.
