This review is long overdue but Carpet Pro is awesome. Very fair pricing. We had our carpets and air ducts cleaned. Scott did a great job and did not recommend any unnecessary work—super honest which is so hard to find nowadays. Recommended to our friends in Colfax and they were super happy as well. Will be giving a call when are ducts are filled with lizards again, you all rock!

Scott was fantastic cleaning our dryer vent. He went above and beyond helping to clean behind the washing machine and got the installation of the closet door perfect. His attention to detail was superb and we appreciated his cleanliness, friendliness, smile …a super nice guy. Would highly recommend Scott at Carpet Pro here in Grass Valley, California.

We are beyond pleased with Brian and his team at Carpet Pro! We wish we would have taken before/after pictures! We asked them to clean our carpets and also our white tile floors (the grout had turned a dark brown) - it looks like a brand-new house now with clean tile, grout, and carpets! Brian and his team are honest, dependable, professional, efficient and hard-working and in addition to their fabulous work on the carpets/tile, we appreciated his office staff keeping us apprised of his team's arrival time. We will most definitely use them again - we highly recommend them!
