49er plumbing has a new owner and they are just as amazing as previous owner! Dillon was prompt, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about our Navien tank less water heater. I had an on demand hot water heater go south on me and I desperately needed help as escrow was closing in a couple of days. Dillon came out, diagnosed the problem with the help of a video chat with a factory rep. No parts available locally, so had to overnight Express the part from back east. He was booked up for the next day so he called another great plumber, Chris from Mr. Rooter who came out the next day, installed the part and both became our heroes in getting our house escrow closed. By the way, Dylan did not charge a penny for spending about 2 hours figuring out our plumbing problem! A shout out to both these plumbing contractors

I am so thankful for Dillon. I called out of desperation with a gas line leak. Dillon met me at my house that day (after putting in a full day's work). The next day he was out here and fixed my gas line. He ran to get special parts and was determined to get it done! I am so thankful for him! I will always use 49er Plumbing. Thank you so much.
