Here's just an example of some notes I made after a workout last week: Progressed the weights. Still feeling tough, but doable. I did a hard sweet spot ride Monday and then a surprisingly strong high endurance ride yesterday. For the 17+ years I’ve been racing competitively between road, mtb, cyclocross, and gravel categories, I’ve always dealt with some sort of back pain. After starting Derek’s program in the offseason and continuing it into the gravel season, I’ve quickly noticed the pain I had gotten used to feeling when really pushing on the pedals is gone. Even with a 2 Liter pack on my back in a 200 mile gravel race, I’m able to push hard all day comfortably. If you want to squeeze a little more fitness out of your body or just be more comfortable on the bike, give his program a try!

Ok so I’m blown away with what strength work did. I’ve only done yoga and pushups the last ten years and thought it was enough. I did your gravel program and added creatine. I gained 6lbs of muscle and feel way more stable and able to put out power on the bike.
I loved that your programs are easy to work into a busy schedule, and also that I didn't need to think too much about what to do. I had analysis paralysis regarding creating a training plan. Your plans are so simple and hit the whole body in just a handful of moves. I also like that the workouts switch up so I keep developing.
