What exactly I was paying for? Poor quality service and they never get back to you unless you call multiple times to get a hold of them.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. In 2007, they had to let go of an employee for theft issues, including my missing pool sweeper. Despite giving them a second chance, a recent incident involving their Ukrainian employee damaging my screen and blaming my landscaper left me frustrated. Donna's unprofessionalism and lack of resolution only added to the dissatisfaction. The employee admitted to scratching cars and, shockingly, took my Christmas plate, consuming half of its contents before returning it.
