This is from Linda's Husband Sam. Our chimney cap had blown off exposing the opening now subject to possible rain damage. Service man Ismael came and inspected the problem and informed me that they don't usually repair chimney caps. I showed him the metal cap that my grandson had rescued from the lawn. Since I'm disabled and can't walk outside, I didn't know about it and what to do. Better Roofing recently did an excellent job repairing other wind damage on the roof. We are very happy so far with the roof repair done by Better Roofing. The technician on site was Ismael, and he was friendly and informative. They responded to our request quickly and upon approval of their quote, they got right on the job and got it done.
