I have used a couple of different plumbers, but none compare to Quality First. Their name is perfect, they provide first class service & fair pricing. I had a big issue with one of my toilets & they didn't give up till it was fixed & humbling explained they needed to increase the quoted price because of the returns and extra which I was happy to pay. They are honest & trustworthy!

I had a toilet leaking from the base late last night. Quality First was recommended to me. I called first thing this morning to see if they had time today. Yes was the answer within an hour I got a return call that one of their plumbers would be headed my way on about 15 minutes. Richard was professional and thorough in his work.
