One of my sacroiliac joints would often shift causing discomfort. After several different adjustments, Dr Zak perform a different one which stabilized my sacroiliac joint. It has been four months free of discomfort. Dr Zak is a skilled chiropractor.
July 29, 2023, I tripped inside my home and hit a dresser which caused a horizontal fracture under the head of my humerus plus a vertical fracture on the lateral side of the humerus head. My arm was stabilized for three month then I wore a sling. After two months of physical therapy, I was released even though I didn't have full range of my arm. My Orthopedic PA informed me it would take a year or more for full arm movement. I was discouraged, my muscles had atrophied and at times the pain was unbearable. I have come to Dr. Zack for over a year and I've tried my share of chiropractor services and by far he has helped me the most. The quality of care is very important and it shows. The office is very inviting and brings about a calm mood when leaving. I always leave feeling way better and more aligned. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10.
