About Five Oaks Speech Therapy Services
Five Oaks Speech Therapy Services is a welcoming and friendly place with a great, professional team. The staff are very hands on, with great communication, and work to suit your needs. The speech program is excellent. Reviews highlight it as a very LGBT friendly place. While many children attend, adults find the services helpful too, with people pleasantly surprised to learn a lot. The front office is always friendly. Families highly recommend it, with some children attending for many years and loving it.

I'm still trying to understand how the front desk employee, Michelle Aquino, continues to represent this office. My experiences with her have consistently been unprofessional and frustrating.
Unfortunately, the communication from the office as a whole has also been disappointing. We have repeatedly received last-minute notifications that our speech pathologist was out of the office or on vacation, leaving little to no time to prepare. We've also been notified at the last minute that our referral was about to expire, creating unnecessary stress and interruptions in our child's care.

I have a lot of trouble with this place. It is extremely hard to do make ups and if you miss they count towards you and they send you back to the insurance after three misses so despite that your child might be getting along with the therapist they’ll drop you!
My sons been attending 5 Oaks for a few years. His therapist Ms. Alex is great. I was worried for a while because it was hard finding a replacement who was as good as his last therapist. We love Ms. Alex. She's very hands on and I love the Speech program he's on right now. My encounters with the ladies in the front office are also great. They're always friendly.
