I brought my laptop to this shop because I have been having charging and battery issues. I like to think I am pretty good at troubleshooting problems with my machine but after looking online and trying a few different things, I could not solve this one. I was hoping that I didn't need to replace the battery but I really did not know what the problem was. I took the laptop in around closing, the tech asked me a few questions, called me the next day to let me know that it was fixed!! Turns out that I did not need a new battery.
