The treatment at the clinic is efficient and friendly. However, whenever I leave a voicemail message with a question or inquiry, I have had to follow up with more voicemail messages several times and finally had to keep calling until someone picks up. It seems like you have a lot of staff on hand so responsiveness needs to be improved

I started coming to TLC for Smiles recently since I had switched insurances to PPO and they have been the best dental choice I have made. The staff is always so welcoming and attend to patients quickly. I started my son on Angel Aligners and his journey has been so great. Monica takes good care of him for his check ups. She is so sweet and very amiable and always in such a good mood! She makes sure we leave happy. I was seen by Marina for my cleaning and I had the best experience with her. She was so gentle and very thorough when it came to getting the best service. She didn't push any additional add ons to my visit and I appreciated that!
