Tito seemed pleasant, sincere and honest, and priced by the individual work scope, with a complete job for each scope, just as requested. His prices were fair, based on other estimates received. Exterior work is completed. Looks wonderful, everything and a bit more was done, at least a full day ahead of schedule, including change orders, and a material delay (no fault of Tito and crew, which was fully made aware of in a timely manner and supported - some lumber arrived with cracks or bent from the lumber yard. Rejected.) His team continued to work on everything else while waiting for the replacement wood and there wasn’t much if any down time due to the material issue. Tito and team were great. The workers were pleasant, clean, efficient and professional, and arrived on time. Daily and final clean up was done, and the work areas were kept clean and safe. Tito and team will be back for Phase II in the near future. Tito and his team were chosen to completely repaint the exterior of a house after meeting with several companies. The home turned out looking great. This project had additional work that needed to be done before painting, including carpentry work, minor stucco, and heavy prepping on wood siding. Through every step of the way, Tito and his crew acted diligently and professionally. They replaced structural lumber and trim that had rotted. It was a job that had no room for errors, but his guys knocked it out of the park. The rest of the prepping and painting was top notch and they worked nonstop till it was complete. Every day they made sure to clean up everything and sweep before they left and kept a very clean job site. For the price quoted, Titos quality and professionalism far exceeds other competitors.
