Many customers express gratitude for the caring, kind staff and reasonable prices that make the experience less stressful.
Dr. Willoughby and Jeremy were absolutely wonderful. They took great care of our cat Tiger and addressed all of our concerns promptly and with kindness. We are very grateful we came in today.
Took my baby here because I found she had another hole near here butthole :( Front desk is always friendly and was able to assure me that we were going to be seen.
I did have to wait but that's expected on a weekend.
Turns out she had a anal gland rupture :(
Dr and the tech, Natalie(I believe), drained and patched my girl up. Gave us meds and instructions.
We were to come back in 2 weeks. So I did and everything was fine. Shout out to Jeremy and Roger for removing the staples and caring for my old girl.
