North Valley Veterinary Clinic provides full-service veterinary care, including general services and dermatology, with highly-skilled professionals and decades of experience. The clinic offers affordable prices, with a visit and antibiotics shot costing $152. The veterinarians are attentive, answering all questions and allowing clients to make informed decisions about treatments. While there may be some issues with communication, such as incorrect hours listed online, the clinic provides good care, as seen in the successful treatment of a dog's injured paw pad. Clients appreciate the care and often mention the affordable prices, quick appointments, and the ability to speak directly with the doctor. The office is a bit old school, with paper records and occasional organization issues, but the staff’s compassion and dedication shine through. Many animals, including senior pets and those needing complicated surgeries, receive excellent treatment that helps them recover and thrive again. Despite minor issues with accommodations and treatment quotes, the clinic remains highly recommended for its caring staff and quality care.
When I went here it was on a Saturday & was glad they were opened & close to home. The front staff was friendly & Dr. Choi was awesome. He was patient, listened & didn't rush you. I got seen quickly & even though I was referred out it was under $100 for the visit. Now days your charged $150 just to walk in the door. I will be going back with both my dogs for health issues
Anyway, I would recommend NVVC if your looking for reasonable prices & doctors who care for your pet & you.
First of all - Dr. Franke is a GOD!!! He has unbelievable patience and kindness, in addition to being an extremely skilled surgeon and a wonderful vet. I would trust him with my life. He is willing to take as much time as necessary to make sure you understand exactly what the issue is and how he will resolve it. Also, there is a front desk staff member named Jessica. Staff do not wear name tags here, but she has super short black hair and the cutest big dimples - which she flashes often! If you are lucky enough to have her help you check in, you will have a fantastic day! Thank you North Valley Veterinary Clinic for having Dr. Franke as a vet. He provides not only first-class… read full review
Dr.Franke and the amazing staff were incredibly professional. They took really good care of my very nervous Anatolian Shepard. My dog is a giant breed and difficult to handle. This establishment was patient, attentive, professional, and nonjudgmental. I regret not bringing my dog here sooner.
