The office is a bit old school, with paper records and occasional organization issues, but the staff’s compassion and dedication shine through. First of all - Dr. Franke is a GOD!!! He has unbelievable patience and kindness, in addition to being an extremely skilled surgeon and a wonderful vet. I would trust him with my life. He is willing to take as much time as necessary to make sure you understand exactly what the issue is and how he will resolve it. Also, there is a front desk staff member named Jessica. Staff do not wear name tags here, but she has super short black hair and the cutest big dimples - which she flashes often! Dr.Franke and the amazing staff were incredibly professional. They took really good care of my very nervous Anatolian Shepard. My dog is a giant breed and difficult to handle. This establishment was patient, attentive, professional, and nonjudgmental. I regret not bringing my dog here sooner.
Love this office! The doctors take such good care of all my animals, from my senior kitty who needs a lot of TLC to my little dogs! Clean and very reasonable prices which helps so much!
