This was my 1st visit to Mission Family Optometry and it was better than what I had expected. I was greeted and acknowledged as soon as I entered :) Staff member explained to me what we would be doing today, she informed me of what my insurance covered and also of my co-pays , she made everything (in financial perspective) very clear and i felt comfortable proceeding with the appointment. Dr.H is amazing. I am very happy with the way he treated me. He was very professional and personable. From the moment I walked in the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The attentiveness displayed by everyone, from receptionist to optometrist were remarkable. I was also amazed and impressed by their newest tech equipments. Their exceptional customer service, expertise, and willingness to go extra mile truly sets them apart. I will be definitely forever client for my future needs off my eyes care.
I was recently prescribed to wear glasses, and since this optometry was close to me, I decided to give it a try. The moment I walked in, I was provided great customer service. The person who helped me, was Tatiana, she was very friendly and walked me through the process, patiently helped me to find the right glasses for me. Good quality, good service!
