As a first-time home buyer with zero prior experience, I was honestly a bit overwhelmed going into the inspection process. I found Haitham on Google, and I’m really glad I did.
He was extremely thorough and detail-oriented during the inspection. You can tell he’s very experienced and knowledgeable, and his engineering background really makes a difference. It’s much easier to work with someone who not only understands the technical side but can also clearly explain everything in a way that makes sense.
After I received the report, he even followed up with a call to walk me through the findings and answer my questions, which I really appreciated.

Guess I’m the 100th comment here! Haitham was our inspector — this is actually the second time we’ve worked with him, and he’s incredibly responsible and thorough. Can’t recommend him enough. One of the best experiences we’ve had so far. Highly recommend!
Haitham was very friendly. He was thorough and precise in his work, taking his time to inspect the property in detail. At the end, he explained in detail every area that had an issue, and also provided information regarding the remaining lifespan of the AC unit, the electrical panels, and other important components. I felt—and knew—that I was in good hands. Thank you
