I had an amazing experience here today. I came in needing a zipper fix on my jacket, and the gentleman who helped me was extremely kind and professional. He first took the time to see if it was a simple fix. When it seemed like the zipper might need replacing, he didn’t rush me or push a service—instead, he handed the jacket to the seamstress and asked me to wait a moment to see if she could fix it.
About three minutes later, he returned my jacket fully fixed and didn’t even want to charge me. I insisted on paying but he wouldn’t have it.. He wished me a Merry Christmas.

10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. The morning shift ladies are the best I keep coming here specially for them. They make me feel welcome not like the afternoon shift. So please just go in the morning
