I had an incredible experience at Granada Hills Med Spa with Dr. Arpi! This was my first time doing an aesthetic skin procedure (micro-needling) and every moment was comfortable and smooth.
I really appreciate Dr. Arpi's energy- she is calm and bubbly; she informs you of every step, ensuring your comfort, she is gentle and ultimately her work speaks for itself! My skin has never looked better and I cannot wait to go in for my second procedure.
Dr. Arpi is the type of doctor that both knows her stuff, but also makes you feel so cared for- which has become SO difficult to find these days!

Dr. Koltougian is not only the gentlest doctor I have ever met, she is a complete artist which is a must in anything cosmetic. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. K makes sure you are as comfortable as possible and the results are amazing. She manages to keep injections to the lips manageable pain wise. And boy is it worth it!
Just walked out of my first appointment; sitting in my car to write this review. I had read other people's reviews when I was checking Dr Arpi out. Honestly, I had thought some of them were a bit exaggerated. Not so! She was nice, warm, explained everything in detail and I feel good about having "discovered" her.
