“I've been going to Dr. Brown since 2014 for filler and botox. I have had nothing but good results and good experiences ever since. Dr. Brown will even tell you if something you're asking her to do won't look good. For example, I asked one time if I could have more filler around my face and she said it would look over-filled and that if she did more botox than what she recommended that my brow would start sloping down and not look good. I appreciate the honesty because anyone just looking to make more money would have done it and not cared, but she also knows that if I look bad, it's her reputation also on the line. Christie is also super sweet and makes you feel extremely welcome each and every time you see her or talk to her. I don't know if Aundrea still works there as I haven't seen her at the office since before the pandemic but she also was extremely caring and sweet. Always made me feel like I was part of the family! I have recommended other friends to go to Dr. Brown as well and they love her. I even have a friend in Northern California who is willing to travel to LA to get some services at Dr. Brown's office because she likes how natural mine always looks.“

“we have read some of the recent reviews but we have to say our experience with the doctor has been excellent. We have found Dr. Rubinstein to be very knowledgeable, he always spends the time needed, he does not rush you, he is very accommodating, he explains things, his clinical assistant (young female) is also very professional, kind and helpful with procedures, we appreciate that doctor has all his other laser gadgets in house and he explains the reasoning behind their use and we have seen good results, the prices for the lasers are also competitive, several of our family members have become his patients over the years and they are all happy with him. We do have reservations with the front desk staff, some visits they are not in good mood and they come off secretive, this last visit they declined the doctor’s own pricing recommendation, so we ended up not getting the laser package and are considering doing the laser at another doctor's office, but we will be back to see doctor for our skincare visits.“

“Nothing but love for Dr David Chien and Facey Medical Group in Porter Ranch. We moved out of the area otherwise I would have stayed with these guys forever. From the women on the front desk to the nurses who checked by sons in, to Dr Chien, everyone was amazingly knowledgeable and efficient. We never waited long to be seen and my kids were treated kindly and with respect. We saw them for everything from routine check ups to flu jabs to emergency appointments. Dr Chien is an AMAZING pediatrician. No judgement, excellent communication and took my fears seriously. He was reassuring and if there was concern he was straight forward and was good at mapping out a course of action. Couldn't ask for more. I'm so sad to leave Facey Pediatrics :(“
