My sister and I had the unfortunate situation of both our parents passing within months of each other. Sunset was absolutely wonderful! Really made the process smooth and easy for us while we tried to deal with everything.
From start to finish, our experience with Simply Remembered Cremation Care was exemplary. They kept us updated throughout the process and were professional and sensitive at every turn. Their pricing was all inclusive so there were no surprises. We were able to complete everything online without having to step foot in their storefront until it was time to pick up the remains of our loved one. We had the option to come in to speak with them privately but the online option was a better fit for us. Jackie and Hugo were very good about making themselves available even after hours to answer questions when my mom first passed away. They were very thoughtful and helpful through this process. And the box we purchased for the ashes was very well made and beautiful. They kept everything simple yet still first class.
