Dr Ruth is the bomb! But unfortunately I needed a paper and she was out so I decided to try a different doctor, well this doctor decided to tell me that if my son didn't get the booster shot the other 2 don't count.. do you know giving out false information is actually a crime. Calling a parent and demanding to know why I said no to the shot is really unprofessional if I said no once you should know that's my answer and as his mother I make the decisions not you!

In my visit to the Goleta Neighborhood Clinic the staff was very professional and friendly. The doctor did all appropriate tests and set up a follow-on visit with a doctor outside of the clinic. The nurse who conducted the weigh-in and EKG was professional and friendly. The nurse who took my blood did so in a way that I hardly knew a needle was being used. The staff followed up with additional help the next day.

The staff for thursday morning was wonderful. I am so grateful for this kind of workers. Wish i could meet more great people like this more often. A friend had said the same from some days back for her visit as well. Keep up the good work:) I have also gone other days in the past and the staff was professional as well.
