Public Information Services is a highly recommended company known for its easy-to-navigate website and excellent customer service. Users appreciate the wide variety of accessible tools, which are updated daily. While some find the service convenient and effective, others note that the information may not always be up to date and is often available for free elsewhere. Overall, it is seen as a valuable resource for safety and peace of mind.
I did a search for myself on this site and when I clicked on the report of myself all information is either outdated or false. Even says I'm living in a state I've never been in. Has an old cell number I haven't used since 2008 at least. So I wasted 1 dollar for false information. Either keep up with people or admit you don't know how to update information and just like to make stuff up. So I canceled right away after using it so I don't get scammed out of more money.
I gave two stars because I have found the information on people searches has been helpful. Several years ago I paid the dollar for a week of unlimited searches. I called to cancel and the representative kept offering lower prices to get me to stay. I finally agreed to a very low monthly fee for unlimited searches and everything was great for Several years. Recently they informed me that I will only get 20 searches during a billing cycle because I don't pay full price. I feel they have horrible business practices for not honoring the agreement that was made.
Usually I only stick to food reviews. But due the level of customer service this company provides, I felt obliged to leave them a 5 star review. Customer service was fast, supportive, and resolved my situation with ease. I would recommend them to anyone and I look forward to using their services again in the future.
