Marissa is genuinely the best employee I’ve ever met. My time at planet fitness was starting off on such a bad note, then i was aided by Marissa into an amazing time at planet fitness. Honestly I was so hesitant to come to planet fitness after my last experience, however if it was not for Marissa it would have been my last visit. Thanks to her I will be coming back regularly. been going here consistently for a few months now- the place is always clean and the front desk workers are so friendly.they always wish me a nice day, but my favorite is marissa. she took the time to explain the different plans to me and is so quick to help whenever i need it. she also got me two months of free black card membership! love this place and love her!!
